Exercise Is Good For the Heart at Any Age
We’re not getting any younger. I can attest to that with the two grey hairs I plucked out this morning. *sob* But heart disease isn’t inevitable even though we’re aging.
A recent study has found that those who switched from a sedentary lifestyle to a highly active one after age 40 reduced their risk of coronary heart disease by 55%.

…for those who have been inactive for most of their adulthood, it is never too late to start.
Same goes for quitting smoking by the way. (Sorry, couldn’t resist that nudge.)
