What Makes A Hearty Life?
When I first started writing A Hearty Life back in March, I thought it would be more about the latest in heart disease research, drugs, and lifestyle tips. As time passed, my focus began to change slightly. I wanted to continue talking about the latest and most relevant information but also wanted A Hearty Life to be a place where everyone can gather to talk about living a healthy life.
To accomplish this goal of empowering people to take charge of their heart health, I’ve tried to make A Hearty Life more personal by inviting people to share their personal hearty tips and showcasing people’s personal stories about heart disease. And to make it all more fun and entertaining, I’ve included some random trivia about the physiological heart, such as St. Vianney’s heart relic.
The main focus, however, is still on you, A Hearty Life readers. Can you help me improve A Hearty Life by answering the following questions? Leave a comment here or email me.
- What do you like about A Hearty Life? Any particular feature or series?
- What do you think is boring about A Hearty Life?
- What would you like to see more of at A Hearty Life?
Thank you for sharing what’s in your heart.
NB: Other blogs in the b5media Science and Health Channel are also sharing their mission statements today and asking for your feedback. The complete round-up is over at Lively Women.
