It’s 9 a.m. here in London and I woke up to the most exciting news that set my heart pitter patter. ;) Dr. Manny Alvarez of FOX News has included A Hearty Life and my other health blog, Genetics and Health, in his feature of Best Blogs: 10 Health Web Sites Worth a Click. What an honor.

I hope you’ll take a look around at the various articles I have on offer here. I like to include not just the latest breaking news on heart disease treatment but also the people whose lives are affected by it.
