No, sorry to disappoint you, but that woman there isn’t me. She represents the Heart Attack Grill: Home of the Double Bypass Burger. Of course, you could opt for a Single or Triple Bypass Burger accompanied by cigarettes and french fries fried in pure LARD (their emphasis, not mine).
And, by the way, BYON (bring your own nurse).
