What’s in Anna Nicole Smith’s Medicine Chest?
Today, we have a celebrity guest for the What’s in your medicine chest? series - the recently deceased Anna Nicole Smith. TMZ.com posted photos of the inside of her refrigerator in the Bahamas. One shows that she had a large bottle methadone along with other vials of injectable drugs.
If Dr. Wes can post about Anna Nicole Smith without impunity, then so can I. ;) He discusses the possibility that she may have died of cardiac causes.

I’m so honored and proud to have my drug collection profiled in the same series as Anna Nicole’s…

I believe she was self-medication in an attempt to treat her own depression. My thoughts and emotions on this matter are summarized in this original song of mine, written from my perspective as a songwriting shrink:

[…] Welcome, everyone!! Today, I’m delighted to have visitors from the LA Times where Rosie Mestel, Health section deputy editor, was kind enough to recommend A Hearty Life to their readers. I’m so honored that you’ve visited A Hearty Life today. Please have a cup of anti-oxidant filled tea, a trans-fat free cookie, and a little voyeuristic fun peeking in people’s medicine cabinets, including the late Anna Nicole Smith’s. Reading A Hearty Life will do your heart some good and this month, every page you read will help raise money for the British Heart Foundation. […]
