Making Up For Lost Time- Journal Entry 1/17/08
I feel like I have been gone for weeks, and it was only 2 1/2 days. I apologize- we had very limited Internet access during the beginning of this week. I was going through withdrawal!!
Lets see, where to start. My numbers have been good- for the most part. I did have one high number while I was on my daughters field trip before I had even eaten anything (don’t know what to make of that)… 142???
Other than that I have been between 91 and 101 which I am very pleased about!
My food intake has been the same ol’ boring that you have been seeing here. I did eat a lot more salad this week.
Exercise wise… I have been doing my sit ups, push ups and small weights, as well as walking. I guess it is better than nothing.
And I just weighed myself and I have lost 3 more pounds, so grand total around 7-8!!!! Yeah me! I am very proud of myself. And thanks to your comments here and there so far, it has made this ‘fat blogging’ as I call it so worth it! Now how are y’all doing? Any progress or major changes?
