Sadly music lost one of the greats to heart failure: Bo Diddley
Bo Diddley, one of the founding fathers of rock ‘n roll died of heart failure on June 2nd.
Bo released 11 albums between the year 1958-1963 and received numerous awards: He was inducted into the Washington Area Music Association’s Hall of Fame, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Rockabilly Hall of Fame and the Grammy Hall of Fame.
He was also honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Rhythm and Blues Foundation and received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award in 1998.
Sad loss for the world of music and all his adoring fans.
