Journal 9/27/08- I have made some changes

Pounds lost: 2
Food changed: have given up all artificial sweeteners and caffeine as well as processed foods
Exercise: walking, sit ups, push ups
Blood sugars: between 84 and 110

Journal for the weekend- 9/14/08

Well, I feel fat! How is that for honest? My scale says the same old thing and I have been playing tennis/jogging/walking and playing basketball- yet nothing has come off. Frustrated to say the least.
