Define hearty community.

What are the perspective and skills that will be worked on

What does community work look like?

How do we build and maintain a hearty community?

What kinds of things do we collectively practice?

Culture is really about the conversations we are having and the conversations we are not having.

A HEARTY community acknowledges and wrestles with stuff. Rather than jump to easy, comfortable, familiar answers, there is a culture of curiosity and a willingness to have multiple perspectives present.

There is feedback and challenging conversations alongside celebration and acts of service and support.

At Applied Attention, we offer coaching, keynote speaking, and training and workshops on how to create and maintain HEARTY communities and culture.

I'd love to hear from you (really!)
